June 2006 - Introducing the Com-Pac Legacy

Our newest project, the Legacy, now exists as a prototype. It was sailed for the first time on Friday, June 23. We are very pleased with its performance, function, and looks. Production models will be available in approx. one month at an introductory price of $11,500. One of its biggest features is the Boomtendr Sailing System. Unlike the Mastendr, there is no hinge in the mast lenght. The boom folds up to the mast and then the mast folds down. Once the mast is moved forward and lashed the Legacy will fit into a standard garage without any alteration. There will be a short list of options that we are currently working on.
